Introducing Prosper
We’re excited to announce the launch of Prosper, our new platform designed to enhance your experience and streamline access to essential tools and information. As of 1 July, Prosper has officially gone live and is now your go-to destination for everything previously housed on our Intranet in Lucidity.
What is Prosper?
Prosper brings everything together in one place. It houses key resources and tools that were previously found on our Intranet in Lucidity, alongside a range of new features to help you stay informed and supported at work.
This marks the Stage 1 release of Prosper, with access to the Knowledge Hub—your go-to destination for policies, procedures, and essential links. This interim Intranet will be in place until the full Prosper mobile app launches in late 2025.
What’s Changing?
- Lucidity is Closing Down: The Lucidity platform will be decommissioned from 1 July. This means you will no longer be able to access documents or resources previously stored on the Intranet in there.
- Welcome to the Knowledge Hub: All Corporate content has been transitioned into Prosper’s Knowledge Hub, which will serve as our interim intranet until the full Prosper mobile app launches in October 2025
