Cr Formoso was elected to Greater Dandenong City Council in October 2020. Having lived in the area her whole life, Lana is committed to listening to her community and improving local services and facilities.
Cr Formoso is currently a physical education teacher at Dandenong High School and a volunteer for the State Emergency Service (SES) and many local sports and social clubs.
Lana has a keen interest in health and wellbeing and is passionate about increasing access and participation in her local community. As a former elite athlete and now mother of young children, she is both energic and enthusiastic.
