The Membership Relations Officer plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across Dandenong Oasis and Noble Park Aquatic Centre. This position is responsible for engaging with current and prospective members, driving membership growth and retention, and supporting community health and wellbeing through active participation in our services.
