Service Officer

The Service Officer is responsible for providing a high level of service to the customer throughout the facility. The diverse role includes administrative tasks such as computer and phone-based service, as well as face to face servicing customers at reception and café. The Service Officer is also responsible for preparing food and beverages, cleaning, and supporting venue setup.
