Duty Manager (Aquatics)
The Duty Manager is responsible for ensuring safe and effective operation of the venue, including identifying OHS risks. The role is responsible for overseeing the staff team to ensure a high-quality service and facility is provided. The Duty Manager is responsible for ensuring safety in the aquatics environment, including pool supervision and water quality.
Duty Manager will drive a safety culture at the facilities and support the administration of OH&S system.

GLXY Gymnastics Coach
As a Gymnastics Coach you will be responsible for taking attendance in classes, delivering engaging and enthusiastic lessons, and providing feedback to participants. You will be responsible for completing gymnastics assessments throughout the year and communicate the results with participants and parents/carers.

Lifeguard
Lifeguards are responsible for supervising the pools, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment. Lifesaving Victoria’s Watch Around Water program and venue specific deployment plans play a critical role in safety and education of patrons, with the Lifeguard responsible for implementation.

The Swim Teacher is responsible for the safe delivery of swimming lessons, providing a motivating and engaging environment.

Infant Qualified Swim Teacher
The Swim Teacher is responsible for ensuring that swim programs are carried out to the highest standards and in alignment to the Swim and Survive curriculum. Responsible for the delivery of classes, teachers will educate students on water safety, developing swimming skills and techniques.
Fitness Industry Award Level 5
Aquatic Deck Supervisor
The Deck Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that programs are carried out to a high standard. You will support the administration of the swim lesson program and leadership of the swim teacher workforce to deliver outstanding aquatic education.
