The Personal Trainer role is responsible for helping members achieve their fitness goals through personalised training programs. They conduct individual and small-group sessions, providing guidance on exercise techniques, nutrition, and wellness. By creating a supportive environment and building strong member relationships, the trainer motivates clients toward healthier lifestyles.

Lifeguards are responsible for supervising the pools, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment. Lifesaving Victoria’s Watch Around Water program and venue specific deployment plans play a critical role in safety and education of patrons, with the Lifeguard responsible for implementation.

As a Gymnastics Coach you will be responsible for taking attendance in classes, delivering engaging and enthusiastic lessons, and providing feedback to participants. You will be responsible for completing gymnastics assessments throughout the year and communicate the results with participants and parents/carers.

The Group Fitness Instructor will conduct group fitness classes, encouraging members to achieve their goals.

The Swim Teacher Trainee is responsible for learning and applying the skills necessary to instruct and support swimming lessons effectively. Under the supervision of senior staff, the trainee will gain hands-on experience in teaching swimming techniques, water safety, and providing excellent customer service.

As the Program Officer you will be responsible for planning and delivering high quality sporting programs to participants. Program Officers must have excellent communication skills to communicate with participants, parents/carers, and other staff members at the facility.
